We offer complete refunds for the first 14 days if you do not absolutely love your results.

If you receive your product or blades damaged in any way shape or form you will be given a direct replacement or a refund. Please contact support for any inquiries here and we will do our very best to help! 

Return Policy: 

To qualify for a return outside of the initial 14 day guarantee, the product must be unopened and un-used unless a defect is found. If there is some type of damage/defect please email photos of the damage to our support team at info@dermaplaneclub.com

To start a return, you can contact us at info@dermaplaneclub.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
